.63 A/R vs. .82 A/R

All else being equal, what would you prefer for more power/better 1/4mi. ET?

-.63 A/R exhaust side with 3" outlet
-.82 A/R exhaust side with 2" outlet

The first one is a TE44. The second one is unknown, I bought it with the car and was told it was stock. I never knew otherwise until I sold it and the buyer noticed it wasn't stock. It spooled fine on the stock convertor, I assume that's due to the 2" outlet. TA style appearance (separate inlet bell). The car is near-stock with the usual fuel upgrades, alky, and exhaust. Boost would be around 22-23psi. Just looking for opinions and educated guesses, of course real-world results may vary. It takes about an hour to swap turbos, but I am way too busy for track time. Thanks.
