No notch with rolled lips . Has anyone tried a 15x10 5in bs. with a 295/55/15 (27.8x12.50). small spacer if needed, is this doable without a notch with that tire

I'd guess you'll have to use at least a 1/4" spacer, but you might get a rub around corners. Go with a 7/16" spacer, and should be OK. And use these ...

Yea tried the 4.5 bs . and didnt care for the look its a little to far out for my taste . Had alot of clearance with the frame rail with the 4.5bs .

I ve got 28" x 12.50" mt sportsman on 9" rims with 5.5" backspacing-had to use a 1 1/2" spacer for them not to rub the frame-like the look! I will be trying a set of the 295 x 55 x 15 mtdrs after I sell some wheels to get some new mts.

Yea the tucked look looks good. Im gonna give the 5in. bs a shot . Hoping I can keep the spacer at or under 7/16's with the 295's .

If you have to use a 7/16" spacer with a 5"bs then you re only 1/16" from the wheel with the 4.5" backspace-think about it-sounds like you contradicting yourself.

Mine are 17x9.5 with a 5 in b.s. and an 1/8th inch spacer that wasnt really needed..No notch...

That will never work without at least a mild frame notch. I run a 295/50-16 and had some issues with clearance on the frame. That was with a 9.5 wide rim, and a 4.5 backspace. I run a billit .250 spacer as well. Tire is 12.2" wide at the sidewall. Does not rub now, but had to notch it at the critical areas.
