Unfortunately I must part with my immaculate 4943 ORIGNAL mile 1978 Cadillac Sedan Deville. My WE4 will be next on the block here soon. I dont really know of a market for this type of car but it is pretty neat (well atleast I think so). I have never seen another that rivals it. It is still rocking its ORIGINAL paint, and is a complete time capsule. I have owned since 2003 and have put all of 400 miles on it. All it needs is bumper fillers:confused: dont well all know that on here and you have a PERFECT caddy. 25,000 0b0??

I'd say you'd do a lot better if you bought some new bumper fillers and got a really good body shop to match the paint. My brother has a 78 2 door, white with a blue half top, every option including factory CB radio, not gonna dominate any tracks but hands down the most comfortable car I have ever ridden in.

Good luck getting your price no matter how low the mileage. That is the problem with not going ahead and enjoying these cars, they are never gonna bring the big bucks. This looks like a maybe 14 or 15K car WITH the fillers done. Also put some whitewalls on it. Such a waste someone could have driven the hell out of this car.

so it's your contention that by the sheer fact of it's low unused state it's ready to drive the hell out of- I stand corrected. I thought if you just let a car sit around for years and years things dried out and seize up. Of course inside storage, covered helps. But the hi dollar value of low mileage original is kind of a dealer, collector thing. To me it makes no sense to pay a high cost for low mileage and then greatly decrease that by putting on mileage. It only works to collect and preserve and this car has little collectible value other than its very low mileage.
