4" ID Blue Silicone Hose

This is 4" ID blue intercooler or inlet hose. It comes in 6" sections with a exspansion ring in the center. I have 7 of these sections. I will sell for BO plus shipping. Can send pics!!

Explain the "expansion ring in the center". Are they straight lengths or bendable?
