4.1 Flywheel

Would it be right for me to assume that a clutch flywheel for a 3.8 would have the wrong balance for a 4.1
 
and the balance for a 4.1 flywheel should be the same as the 3.8 although because these engines are externally balanced it is not safe to swap flex plates and flywheels between the difference engines because of piston weight.
Even GM listed different flex plates for NA V6's in the Regals than the flex plate for the turbo engine. They were physically the same flex plate, but the turbo engine had different weights to it because of the heavier pistons.
 
This motor is In a '79 Sunbird, I wanted to know about the flywheel because I'm kicking around the idea of a manual trans. But if there's an off balance issue with the 3.8 flywheel behind the 4.1 I'll stick with the 200R4 I'm planning for the future. I have a TH350 for now. I read in another post where someone was talking about a neutral balance flywheel.
