What parts does it take to make either the 484 or 291 casting live in the high 10 sec range?My plan of attack is a steel crank,block girdle and or steel caps.Not to sure on pistons,cam roller or flat tappet,heads Any ideas appreciated
Im looking to do the same. just bought a set of z1 rods from full throttle to go with the eagle crank and probably diamond or weisco pistons. i will girdle mine. Has anyone ever gone in the 9s with a #484 or #291 block before?
