Without being labeled the only thing that can be done is to read them. Basically need a PROM burner to read the contents. Then compare each to a stock calibration.
Note the changes between the stock cal and the PROMs you have.
This can be tedious, depends upon how many changes and what type of changes have been made to them.
OTOH, it may be that the changes are minor and the differences may be seen quickly and easily.
