3" ATR wastegate puck

I know these ATR 3" stainless downpipe pucks are known to stick or get stuck in one position open or shut. I'm sick of having to keep taking the downpipe off the car to free up the puck as it gets stuck in the closed position. Does anybody fix these, or does anybody sell a new swing arm assembly for this downpipe? TIA

I know ATR used to fix this problem under warranty, but I bought this downpipe from somebody not knowing the frozen puck issues with this design. I know ATR is long out of business, so what is everybody else now doing with this problem??
