Lips will need to be rolled. Probably need a spacer. I am considering the same but will likely just go with the 15x8 and avoid the BS.

15 x 10 4.5 bs fits perfect

tire size

I run a 15x8 3.5 bs with a 275/60/15 m/t drag radial. Fits perfect. 295/50 to 325/50 is the only size I would run on a 10 inch wheel.

I can't see the 325/50 tire fitting under there without notching/mini-tubbing the car. Maybe im wrong. I wish I am but I dont think so.

You are correct. 325 needs frame notch. I was just saying 295 to 325's should be on the 10 inch wheel. 275 on the 8 and it clears without notches. Correct bs then you don't have any worries. Plenty of tire for a quick car.

here is the difference between an 8" rim to a 10" rim with a 275/60/15  this car does have a frame notch .

I have some 275-60-15's mounted on 10" wide wheels with a rear spacing of 4.5" and the these pictures show the clearance there is between the tires and the frame on both sides (right & left), viewed from the front under the car. There is NO frame notch on this car.

Claude.

275/60/15 on 10"

Been there done that with the 275/60/15 on a 10" wheel. The 10" wheel is too wide for the 275/60/15 tire. Seems to stretch the tire too much, where it doesn't look right. (just my opinion). The 8 or 8.5 wheel with the 275/60/15 is a better look and fit, without having to worry about rubbing anywhere. Again, just my opinion. Hope it helps.
