Is this a roller set up? No heads? What was on it? Iron or aluminum and any track times?

Brand new! Yes morel lifters are roller. Prolly a little over 6500.00 to 7000.00 to build depending on the shop. Also put arp 220000 psi rod bolts in right away. Block was machine on a full CNC machine, girdle and caps were done perfect! Had to have some heavy metal work done to crank to get it perfect. Had some very well known machinist work on this build. I should have listed it as brand new, thx
