224/224 modern muscle shaft question

ive got this shaft in a new motor i just bought and in the past i ran this cam and could not make very good power with it..... with that said who has had good luck with this shaft and what kind of times with it ...then if not this cam then which one ? thanks

I had the same basic combo you have but with stock gearing and a TA-63. Went 6.80's and 10.60's at 3650#
