The servo is aluminum alloy. It won't stick to a magnet. That pin looks like it was ground too much also

Bison, they said they found the aluminum pieces in the pan ...as for what was on the magnet ...I'm guessing alot of clutch material? I'm assuming it's semi metallic? And as for the pin I asked about how it was ground and he said it was ground perfectly fine ..it's all a load of crap but at this point i have to just ride this out and see what comes of it ..as of yesterday they still have not put the tranny in the car

Well I got I the car back on Monday. Been taking it out and giving her some hell ..seems like they got it this time...I guess time will tell. I'm going to take it out for a cruise after work today and work in a few wot runs and see if it holds up
