I don't think you can tell much from the casting numbers about the valve body application. Does the valve body have any pink paint sprayed on it? If so, it is probably a performance valve body. You can also check the numbers and letters stamped into the TV bushings that the shift valves slide in. There was a post a while back that specified the codes for the TV sleeves that performance valve bodies (BRF, BQ, CZ, CQ etc) use.
