Wasapnin to all turbo fanciers! I joined this forum to C if anyone out there can help me out.
I have a 1991 GMC Syclone that was involved in an accident and frame is beyond repairable.I'm thinking about converting a blazer into a typhoon with the syclone parts.
What year/s S10 blazer or S15 jimmy have the same frame as the GMC typhoon?
If I choose to get a 2wheel drive S10 blazer,Will I be able to swap the 4.3 turbo, transmission and rearend without any problems? Will the syclone transmission work fine on the 2wheel S10 blazer.

find a frame from a 4 wheel drive short box S10 or S15, strip it down to bare frame rails, and transfer EVERYTHING from your Syclone onto it.
essentially, the Syclone is just a 4 wheel drive short box regular cab S15 with an AWD transfer case from an Astro van, dropped front spindles, and different springs and torsion bars- and, of course, the turbocharged 4.3 V6 engine.

If you going to be swapping the cladding, only 6 of the 14 pieces of Syclone cladding interchange with a Typhoon.
