1987 grand national very clean

I am selling my 87 Grand National. This car has been in our family for the past 16 years. The car has not been washed in the past ten years. Only wiped off. The car has ALWAYS been stored in a temperature controled garage. The car has NEVER been smoked in. The car has never been driven in the rain. The car has the orginal paint and has NO rust. The inside of the car looks brand new. This car has never been abused in any way. The car has 44,654 miles on it. Everything on the car works perfectly. The air blows cold. I have every peace of paper on any work done on the car, and anything bought for the car. I also have the original wheels for the car.
Car has too many Mods to list them all, but here are a few.

Motor was built by Wildcat Performance Engines in Ga.
Car has been down the strip only one time and ran a 11.21.
Has 3 inch stainless exhaust.
When motor was built it was Blue Printed.
.30 Wiseco Pistons
60# Injectors
3" downpipe
Turbonetic Wastegate
Runs on 91 or 93 unleaded.
