1984 T-type worth 1,000 bucks and it runs?

Buddy who restores cars gave me a call last night. Apparently a friend of his needs to unload a 1984 T-type for cash. Wants 1,000 bucks and apparently the car runs. I'm going to look at it. Unfortunately I have a multitude of home improvement projects on the plate for the summer and don't have the time or room for a 5th car.

I'll snap some pics of it. I have no idea what the 1984-85 cars are worth. If it looks decent I'll repost don't know if any of you guys are looking for a car like this.
