Recently installed a freshly rebuilt 200 from a reputable builder from the board. PTC 9.5 non L/U around 3000 stall. The 1-2 shift is super hard under light throttle and has an accompanying shudder. Clap your hands 4 times as fast as you can and thats what it feels like in the seat. Ive got less than 40 miles on it and its driving me crazy. Broke it in on stands and felt it right away. Ive spoken with the builder and he wants pressures which ill get tomorrow but just wanted to throw this out there to see if anyone has experienced this. As a side note, the 2-3 shift is weak/soft and has a flare. Not sure if its the converter stall but it does rise in rpm then settles back down once it couples. Is this normal?
