01 heads and cam Trans Am

Well my step son just did a heads and cam on his car. I was really wanting to hold off running him cause his car feels really strong and I was on low boost. But he pulls up next to me and we raced from a dig. He got 1 car ahead then my drag radials hooked and flew by him putting about 4 cars on him. We ran 2 more times and same result. I am glad I got him or I probably would have never heard the end of it lol.

Does he have drag radials? Was his stick or auto? Tuned?

Heads cam ls could be around 450rwhp give or take.

He has Nitto 315 dr's. Manual. It has a tune on it but is pretty general. He is going to have it tuned on the Dyno soon. That's what we were thinking on power 450 to the wheels. Not sure what times he will get but we are thinking low 12's maybe 11.9x's
