Does the 1978 Regal turbo have any value??? Complete car not running. flat tires. Any good parts??

How much power can easily be had with edelbrock intake and a 4 barrel carb. No turbo, injectors or cam sensers. Just plan and simple. Any ideas. Had a 84 and what a pain. If I had a 86 or 87 i would up grade but this hot box is a pig.

Would the spoiler of the 86/87 work for the 84/85 without the car over heating??? Should I replace the 86/87 spoiler for the 86/87 since the 84/85 does not have the intercooler. I've seen other car that need the right front spoiler so they done overheat with prolonged driving.

Noise in the bottem end. Mostly in the start up or when power is pushed. ???? I've pulled the pan and checked the rod bearings the # 2 + 5 were bad. Replaced all the bearings( .20 over(that was on the bad bearings)) But the noise is still there. Checked the mains today and they all look...

Is there a difference in the 84/85 oil dip stick vs. the 86/87.? trying to return to correct stick. i heard that there is a length difference between the two. any comments.

This car has not run since the rebuild two years ago! I feel like blowing it up. Would I lose less sleep if I remove everything and just run a 4 bbl. and sell the turbo parts. Then find a better Car. :mad: :confused: :mad:

With the Family Or The Car???? I Checked the TPS. Sand and stained antique table. Washed the daily driver. Mowed the grass And have spent 2 weeks trying to find a 84 Exhaust Pipe. (still have not had a response, that would answer their email). We are have fun though.

Best Way to replace rear main seal without removing engine? Rope or neoprene.
