What are you guys using to back up dvds? I heard great things about Nero, so I downloaded the trial version off of their website, but every disc I've tried copying pops up with an error because it is copy-protected.

I bought a used THDP this winter that had a bung welded in for an EGT or WB02. I dont' have either of those yet, and want to get the car running, so I need to plug it up. Is there a common thread size for these, and if so, what is it? Thanks in advance.
