    Any ideas?

Hello 70 miles per hour in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway my GN shuts down as if someone turned off the ignition. It started right back up but every so often the service engine light would flash briefly and car would run rough as it were running out of fuel. Anyone experience this?

    Silent But Deadly

Hello The exhaust system on my 87 GN is too loud. I used to like that but don't anymore. I'd like to replace it with a system that's more stealthy. Any suggestions?

    I did a stupid thing.

Gentlemen I do appreciate the words of wisdom. I'll take the advice of staying out of boost and drive around like the 66 year old senior citizen I am. That's what got me in trouble in the first place. How could I have possibly made that mistake......easy I use 91 in my daily driver and was...

No alky but I've been thinking of it. Is it recommended? Not likely to take it to the track but I do like the shock and awe factor on the street.

    I did a stupid thing.

My car is set up to run 94 octane. In error I filled it with 91. It's a short ride home from the station so I haven't noticed any change in drivability. What should I expect once I drive it next time?

    Bad Thermostat?

I had a similar thing happen to me except it was the Northstar engine in my Cadillac. Minus 30 in February I drove about 2 kilometres and the engine management system put it into limp mode then promptly shut it down as the temp reached the "red" zone. I drove it the day before without issue...

What is my 1987 Grand National w/ 2,942 miles worth? putting it up for sale

I would imagine that would depend on the needs of the future buyer. If the new owner plans to race it, probably worth less than the buyer who wants pure enjoyment. I'm never taking my GN to the track so T tops are a plus.

What is my 1987 Grand National w/ 2,942 miles worth? putting it up for sale

I'm assuming that T top cars don't bring as much due to body flex, rattles, leaks. Have I missed anything?
