There was a link that someone posted quite along time ago with TONS of quarter mile times for stock cars over the years. It was just a big list with I believe 0-60 and 1/4 mile e.t's and mph. Maybe someone has this link and can pass it along? Or knows of another one with a bunch of cars...

Hey Arista, i'm out quite a bit. I think this town is just lacking in Turbo Buicks. :D Taffy, yeah cops here are pretty cool, unless you run into a University officer. I don't consider them real police, cause they'll try to bust you for anything, just because there bored most of the time. :)

Boy was I surprised. At about 6:30PM tonight I saw it pulling out of the Shell station on Geer Rd. I saw the wheels, then the hood, and was like OH NO WAY!!! :) Only the second time i've ever seen a GN. Wondering if this person is here at TB.com.

I'm pretty sure that most of you guys don't bracket race. Seeing how fast most GN's and TR's are. And I figure its harder to bracket race a turbo'd car and be consistent. But since my truck is slow, i've been considering this for awhile now. On a GTECH my best was an 18.1, I forget MPH...

OH YEAH!!! You can gun it at 80 on the freeway, and it'll still pull like a morter forker. LS1's have amazing top end.

Yeah but i'm sure its not gonna make a huge difference in performance levels over the Z28.

HEHEHE, I know these beasts first hand. Friend of mines mom has an '88 I believe Plymouth Caravan with the turbo on it. Van ran 15.3's at the track, STOCK. It sure is fun, looks like an everyday moms beater van. :D

70, SS or Z28 there basically the same. Niether of them make more power then the others. Chevy just says the SS does just to sell it. Me and my brother whooped on a guy with an SS in his '98 Z28, I wiegh 300 pounds, his car is stock, and its an auto..... Makes 310 RWHP, marketed at 305 FWHP.
