I am going to replace the MAF and am wondering if I need to take the neg battery cable off to re-set the computer? I know on my newer trucks I re-set those by removing the neg batter cable for 10-20 mins Just curious on the TTA

I just got a TTA and it has the Razor Alky kit on it. The lower hose has a leak somewhere and I am wondering how to fix it? Is it a special hose? Can it just be replaced with a plastic tube? Help a "newbie" please TIA for replies, Tim
