I picked up a couple turbos from a guy who sold his GN. One I know is stock and the other is a Garrett A/R 60( Can anyone tell me if this one is a good turbo or not, and worth putting in? It is visibly bigger than the stock turbo. Thanks for your help.

I have a blown head gasket and I have both heads off. Do you recommend sending the heads out to a machine shop? Im guessing yes but just want to know. Car is completely stock. Thanks for your time.
