I have a white convertible Trans Am and went to t-n-t and see the awesome Buicks. I taped about 6 passes of you guys and will rip/post them this afternoon. Tim had the track working well and there are gonna be some fast passes run today.

you guys are hysterical!! Got at least 3 kits to choose from and arguing whose is best. I am still trying to convince a lot of ls1 guys that alky even works!!! :) You guys need to beg for MORE kits....competition will bring prices down or at least get you even more featues for the same money...

agreed....get an air lid or if its an auto get a stall. For the same money you could get a used dry n20 kit. Once you go turbo or s/c ...get the alky kit!!!

Awesome times!! not a turbo buick but my turbod ls1 runs 93/methanol and weighs 3820# raceweight. Yesterday went 10.10---10.07----10.06---9.98 I have no intercooler right now as it is being repaired. My IATs were in the 238 degree range measured BEFORE the methanol so that shows you it MUST...

I am going to try and make it as well in my 00 T/A....look forward to seeing some fast Buicks!!!!

f-body here but turbo'd none the less. I ran 10.16 with 3.73 and 10.12 with 3.23 so basically a wash as the turbos LOVE the load of the 3.23. Of course 3.23 gets better gas mileage. My advice, go to 3.42s

to add to my post above...the car did stop MUCH better with the hydroboost vs my vacuum setup. It seems my abs was the problem with the brakes not releasing properly.....at least they didnt give me any BS about returning...he said if it doesnt work like we say, send it back and get your money...
