This turbo was originally on my buick v6, so it has a 3-bolt .63AR hot side. Billet compressor wheel. The cover has a 4 inch inlet and a 2.5 inch outlet. I ran this turbo for about 25 miles before the bearings went bad, and the compressor wheel touched down on the housing. I sent it back to...

If you plan on getting the aluminum heads, I would much rather see you stuff a larger cam in there. It seems aluminum heads are way above overkill for what you want to do.... Joe

One way to be sure is to pressure test it before you install it. A lot of fabricated tanks on A/W units use angle aluminum over all the welded joints. The angle piece is then welded to the unit as well. It is hard to tell from the pic I think, but those welds seem a bit thin. Joe
