I would like a wider tire out back...I know the mickey et street is the way to go, but I don't drag and I would be driving on the street most of the time , A few months when it's nice and also might get caught in the rain by accident. I would like a good street tire that size(255/60/15)stock rim and performs alright. Is the mickey thompson sportman 255/60/15 tires any good. I have Michelin pilot exalto 225/60/15 all around, I just want to replace the rear with alittle fatter tire?

I wouldn't do a MT drag radial if you plan to drive in the rain. Once you get some wear on them, they are scary in the rain. I have been caught twice, marginal when new, now they are dangerous on the wet. Can't beat them though on dry pavement for a street tire.

Maybe try looking into BF Goodrich , I run 255/45/16 BF G force Pro Comp ,a great handling tire. But I'm pretty sure is does not come in the size
you're looking for. It does come in BF T/A all season. Also Cooper has a pretty good tire { Cobra GT }...Good Luck.

Thx, but I don't drive in the rain, unless it's starts to rain on the way back to the garage....I know, it's not popular size tire for that rim. thx for everybodys replys.

This is what happened when i got caught in summer storm with half worn drag radials. Dont do that.

You will be fine with the sportsman I've been caught in the rain before with them, they do good in the rain and they come in the size that you are looking for.
