    I am not at home, but I can take some pics of a cracked hypereutectic piston I have as a paperweight. Cracked at the middle ring. The block and crank didn't survive. I haven't used hypers since, but hey do what you want, it's your money.

    Your numbers look good. Your IAC is a little off/high, 10-20 is best with a TT chip. Can you post some WOT readings from your scanmaster? Running less boost shouldn't be a problem. I assume it is a stock actuator since it is a stock turbo.
