It is pretty standard to over-fill the TH 2004R by a pint to a quart,when fluid gets warm,it does look foamy,check the cable adjustment,and not knowing what V.B kit was installed or the quality of rebuild,drop the pan and look inside,if not take to a qualified 2004R guy SR7 Performance

one more thing,with the rings off,make sure the center support fits the drum,a metric 200 drum wll not fit the center support,wasn't sure if this was a complete unit or your getting misc parts.

Hi Chris,take the rings off,butt them together and check the fit in the drum,if ok,put them back on the center support,use ATF,with the ring area facing up ( drum on bench),install center support,you may need to walk it back and forth ,do not force it,you should be fine,scott

I'm a distributor for JW,and have one of the first bells made they are asking me to check to see what mods need to be done,I build alot of 700's,4L60e's,took me along time to convince them to do the bell, and now it will be onto the 2004R,so don't throw your broken cases away!!
