Well, I sold the twin setup! :) . . .and I bought a T70 turbo. It'll support "only" 840hp ;) so that should give me some room to grow needless to say! I already got the hotside done basically, just need to weld on a T4 flange and a wastegate flange :D

You mean the k-car, as in the one that I saw a vid. of beating a Supra? lol ;) I would just like to say, the hideous look of a k-car greatly outweighs any chance of it every rolling into my garage or driveway :p

Thanks :) I'm contemplating a 2.3 turbo Mustang or a Buick GN just for something to ride around in. Several guys put turbocoupe 2.3 engines in 4 cyl. Mustangs and wire it up and throw on a turbo. The engine is usually around $300 and can handle some boost and the block itself can take more...

Howdy, I just rode in a co-workers GN for the first time and all I can think of is "torque." Who would ever know that "just a 6" could hurt your neck so much! :eek: So anyway, I'm wanting to learn more about them and maybe buy one in the next few years since gas mileage isn't too bad...

They've had an 03 Cobra w/a turbo IN THE 8s and never even lifted a valvecover before then. To my knowledge it's still holding up ;)

Hey, not all 'Stang owners will run away after a whoopin, some take it like a man. I've never been beat yet in my stang, but then again I've only raced about 4-5 people (83 Transam, 350, holly double pumper, alum. heads, 12:1 comperssion, etc; Honda ;) ; some riced out Mazda truck w/ airbags...

How did you beat the Cobra??? They can run faster than a 12.97 stock w/ a good driver :confused:

I like GNs except for the sound of the engine :p

In honor of the upcoming Ford vs Buick event, I figured I'd post this question. Ever been beat by a 'Stang? Were you surprised, what were the mods on both cars? ;) Hopefully I'll be able to run a few GNs when my car gets put back together. Still working on last years winter project...
