My car doesn't have a cat on it and isn't running right. I still have a georgia title, but i need to get one for colorado since i'm considering selling it, trading it, etc when i get it to run right. Question is, how do I get JUST the title in my name without an emissions test? I don't care...

I think if i'm correct, I've seen a few of these test pipes that, when you push a switch, allows the exhaust off the downpipe to become open. Anyone have any experience, know of any of these types? Would it be possible to put a cat after the dump pipe so it's legal while the pipe is closed...
