The car won't start so you think the motor is done? That is music to a mechanic's ears. Are you sure you didn't want to hear that? What is it doing to bring you to that conclusion? If I just bought a GN that was anything other than a project I'd be pretty pissed right about now if I were you.

I have replaced 4 X 10's in the past with a round JL Audio co-axial speaker, I think 3.5" round...the round speaker has much less distortion and sounds MUCH better. The oval shape fof the 4X10 is what causes the distortion and range limitations. They make a retrofit little frame for fitting...
