what happens once the intercooler is installed and it has a few small leaks???

ok, how do you pressure test it. i took a small mirror and looked down the intake tube and looked like some of that epoxy was stringy and hanging away from where it is supposed to be, in between the cores

cleaned out my intercooler and looked inside with a mirror and looks like there is silicon between the tube rows? looks like some is coming loose. is it ok to run that way. thanks

43 lbs thats a good # to run all the time, the car is used just on the street

i have a caspers ultra chip for 28-30 lbs injectors and have 30 lbs injectors in the car now. wondering if you set fuel pressure when motor is to temp or cold? the numbers seem to change a little.. what is the best pressure #, about 38 lbs with the vac. line off?

i have a caspers ultra chip for 30 lbs injectors, so what way would be the best to set the iac counts? i do have a scan master, if the terminal ground does not work to good which method should i use?
