Actually, 235/60/15's & 275/50/15's are not the same height. The 235's measure 26.1" diameter and the 275's measure 25.8" The difference may be visibly discernable, depending upon the condition of your springs. Dual airbags would, IMHO, improve the looks, and are a nice extra anyway...

I went to the Chevy dealer last year with the intention of buying a Tahoe, as I really didn't need another Suburban. I was quite disappointed in the ride and handling of the Tahoe. The Suburban felt so much more stable I ended up with another one!

That is absolutely true. I coupled my TE-61 with a Precision 3000 and always felt it exhibited too much lag. Once it kicked in it was gangbusters, but I didn't like the discernable lag. The next TC will be 3200-3500 range.
