The court rule that you could not limit church’s at 50% capacity in those zones in NY City. Which are not in the red zone. The courts DID NOT address the red zones at all. Other church’s still can not go pass 50% In the city.Just like restaurants and other places, that are in the city and state. That still remain in the red zone. Cuomo has already stated this is no issue. However people are running away with it.

I tell you what I think is. The real big deal, it’s not the Supreme Court or Trump is gone. It’s the two senate candidates from Georgia. They are the only block to the House and White House. One candidate was campaigning early this week and people holler out if you don’t help Trump over turn Georgia I’m not voting for you. That is a big ass worry. Pence has told both of them they need to play it both ways. People are not that stupid. They need big time help. I’ve already E-mail a half a dozen people I know in Georgia to please talk to your family Co-workers and friends to get out and help these R’s to get elected. If they don’t well everything that has been done the last four years will be gone in six months

The moral is Cuomo got shot down. They were red, and if they stayed red, Governor Doofus can't limit the size of the gathering to worship regardless of zone color. The sad thing is, he is trying to say it is not relevant, but it is, and SCOTUS bounded his overreach. I would not put it past him to change the color, just to try and not look like he got slapped down.
I don’t disagree with anything you said. I was referring to the ruling didn’t effect anything because that areas red zone had already move. There is no limit on how many people that go to those churches in those areas. And the court did not address the red areas. That’s all I’m saying. What has been said here doesn’t reflect the truth.
