I think the chassis build is the most rewarding. I had an RXT sitting next to my chevell project Looks great. After a few months and some hard labor we got a completed frame.
Engine lift hereCan’t wait I’m almost there, how did you drop the body?

Will this car ever see the track with a sticky tire at any point? If so, your going to need to reinforce the perches just above the the strut. When I went to a coil over I was talking to Mike at TRZ Motorsports. He told me to reinforce the tops of the perches above the strut. Reason being, is because in the stock configuration, the strut is by itself with no load and the spring is in another location. With the spring now being around the strut, you have now put a lot of energy/stress in that spot. I told him I have a UMI strut bar in place. He said, "trust me, you will eventually rip the top half of that perch off on a hard launch if you don't weld gussets in that area, or tie in a rollcage on top of that spot. Just food for thought.
What about adding a couple of bars across

Across is not the weak point unless you have notched the frame. The thin gauge metal at the top of the perch is.
