It is sad that times are this way. I was in methner oops I mean sefner Florida late last year at a friends house. It was late and I went on a food run. Mctrailer park and toxic hell were the only thing open to get something quick to eat and drink. Guy in front of me was turning into the drive thru from the other entrance of the parking lot. He slightly blocked the entrance and the heffer in front of him was ordering a 1/4 ton cheeseburger, 10 lb bag of fries, 55 gallon mc flurry and it was taking longer than usual. So this couple come driving through and the girl driving is waiting for him to pull up when the line moves and it wasn't 10 seconds the guy in the passenger seat jumps out and goes nuts kicking the guys car and cursing and yelling and threatening him. I was shocked to see the fellow was calm and didn't reply. After the girl got the dumb ba$stard to stop and go the manager came outside checking on the fellow. He was like whatever it's late I just got off work and wasn't inclined to go to the police station for shooting him so he did everything in his power to ignore the guy until he left. Luckily for that fool the guy didn't have a temper.

Nothing shocks me at places like this. This won't be allowed on the news though because the media doesn't want to offend viewers as they like to spin it that Bush didn't like black people and anyone that has anything to say negative about a bunch of ghetto a$$ hoodlums is in the wrong.

I hope something like this doesn't happen around me. While I will do everything in my power to ignore it and let the police do what they are paid to do if a person is getting beaten senseless like in this vid and the thugs don't heed warning to leave and choose to assault someone causing bodily harm then a decision will be made to stop it and it will be up to them if they are to remain unharmed themselves. That's the problem with this country anymore. To much nonsense like this. People are sorry and afraid to do whats right.

Yes the one at buffalo & parsons I grew up there as well. 1213 clay pit road to be exact :biggrin: The shop behind the jiffy lube is my friend Greg's lsx shop. It has been broken into 3 times since I've known him. That area has went to $hit.

My parents moved there a long time ago because it was a quiet, peaceful rural area but it has since turned into a mecca for methheads/crackheads. I grew up near where Lopez Elementary is off Kingsway & 92. I know exactly where Clay Pit Rd is (right by the "fruit bowl"). Both that McDonalds and the Taco Bell are a haven for white trash and drunk angry rednecks looking for a fight. Yeah, I was living at that address when Hurricane Elena was messing around off the cost of Florida. Our house was broken into back then. Methner started going down hill for quite some time. There was a time it was a nice place but that was long ago. Like you said it's a haven for meth/crack heads and crime. I avoid the area but am prepared just in case I have to deal with a situation like that anywhere.

I found out that the person that got beat up,is a trans gender,but i looked that up + that could mean anything from someone with both male + female parts at birth,+ a question as to whether they are actually male or female,or it could be someone that had a sex change,or is in the process of it + a few other possibilities,there is not a clear definition of a trans gender,it covers a whole bunch of different sex/gender categories.
I read 2 diff stories,1 said that the white person had been in the ladies room + got into an argument with the black girls because 1 of the dirt bags at the counter told them that it was actually a man so they went in + started an argument with he/she?
Another story i read was that the white person,was about to go into the ladies room + was confronted by them outside the door where you see the video starting because the dirt bags at the counter told them that it might be a man.
Either way it sounds like they were told it might be a guy so they weren't going to allow her or he? to use the bathroom,+ either way they did'nt have the right to take it into their own hands,just report it to the manager,+ or call the cops if they think its a legal thing.
It sounds like the whole thing was started by the guys at the counter,who informed,+ then egged on the girls,+ loved every last minute of it.
It's a second reason i think this should be considered a hate crime,if not against whites,then against,gays or whatever she turns out to be. The law enforcement officials are calling her a she. + not saying a man tried to use the ladies room etc.I googled to see what the laws on that are with transgenders + it all seems to be very murky,+ no clear information on it.I guess it would depend on what the gender actually turns out to be.
But that has no bearing on what the black girls did,it wasn't their place to handle the situation,+ definetly not team up + almost kill a person that really wasn't even defending themself or just barely.
I'ts going to be interesting to see how all this turns out.

OK, why are certain people raised to believe that behavior like that is acceptable? I guess they are raised with a sense of entitlement and think that they are above the law and are "owed" a free ride in life.

That ain't the reason no-one broke it up it's the trainwreck effect...people love watching this stuff go down and seeing hell on earth play out... in a few months the 10th anniversary of 9-11 will be here and everyone will be tuning in to see the carnage replayed over and over, not for much else. Personally, shoot and stab away all you want, i ain't standing by and letting this go down w/out stepping in. A fight is a fight but this is just cesspool pedigree at it's finest at the expense of what is seemingly an innocent victim.
