A&P Mechanic. (Airframe and powerplant aviation maintenence technition)

Hey cool, what kinda aircraft you work on?

I work as an Airframes/hydraulics mech for Bell Helicopter on UH-1N/AH-1W's (hueys and cobras) for a Marine Corps helicopter squadron.

I get to do some pretty neat stuff. Nothing like sitting under a UH-1N in the hell hole with it turning taking a hot hyd sample.

The pay is pretty good I guess if I didnt live in California. I would probably live like a king if I made this much in say, Alabama. The standard of living is so low here that you have to clear 100gs a year not to live like a dirtbag.

Im dreaming of a day when I can have a garage, an outdoor water hose I can use, some decent furniture, etc

I want to start my own business, don't know what... but I'm tired of working for people and worrying about money all the time.

HVAC Controls( Johnson,Andover,ASI)
Job 1,40hrs
Job 2 40hrs
Job 3 dad :) :) to a 1.5yr old

I work at a cookie factory, don't make squat 30k this year. Not what I wanna do but gotta pay the bills with having a 2 year old and all. Besides the work is easy, all I do is run machines and goof off when time permits, but i kick ass at what I do! Had a chance for the railroad but passed it up so I know when I'm gonna be home and I can have a life. My dad works for the same railroad and he can't plan a damn thing without having to go to work, guy don't have time for nothing, has money but what good is it if you can't enjoy it? About the only perks to my job is its 5 minutes away, there's always overtime when I want it, and we make almost every girl scout cookie all year round so I can eat them whenever I want. All the kids in my family just love it when I bring a box of cookies over, the parents don't get too excited though. DOn't have a lot of money left over after bills but that just gives me time to work on the details (cheap stuff!!!).
