Oh wow. I knew it, no more T-tops.

I wanted to make our car a hard top car too. Some friends and I went out and cut the roof of a GN. I brought it home and Toni was not on board with the idea.

I was not liking the idea. I have a bodyman 2 blocks away that retired from Buick and repainted and repaired alot of the Gn's back in th 80's. Now he builds $100,000 plus street rods so I think the roof should go back on without ever knowing it was off

Cut, shop and rebuild live

We have the funny car cage almost done Pictures tonight maybe if my welder shows back up to finish.

20 hrs later, divorce pending and a very dirty shop. We have the funny car cage ready to be welded in I am very happy with the way we installed it compared to the 10 different examples the SFI 25.5 spec book show's it can be done. I am going to buy the padding for the inside of the capsule/helmet area. I like it??What do you think all??

Should keep it a convertible, I don't see anything in the TSO rules that you HAVE to have a roof.

What do you mean Paul?? The turbo I am using come off a barge. Your little one can walk through it. Remember I dont mess around here.
I am trying to get Buddy Ingersol out of retirement I am going to take you for a ride when its done and we will see who's car is the most haunted I will probably have the most expensive built GN in the world but I also want the fastest. 2nd place is the first looser.

Most of them This is the one and only Atomic Gn built by friends and family dedicated to winning inc. The funny car cage is 3/4 welded in. Pictures on the way
