ZERO fuel pressure

After the car sits a little bit maybe 2 hours,and i look at the fuel gauge,its sitting on ZERO,then turn the key on ,it goes up,is this NORML.

When i installed my Accufab AFPR i had this happen. Sometimes it would stay up and other times it would hit zero when the car got shut off. With my stock regulator, it holds pressure all the time. I have a new XP Plus fuel pump and a new fuel sock and the injectors are not leaking so i am sending the regualtor to accufab and having them rebuild it for $25.
