This is a spare I've had for a few years. kept in a box. I just tested it and it works perfectly. The antenna lead itself looks like it was spliced at some point (see pic, white electrical tape), so I would just transfer your antenna lead over to this one (just takes 2 philips head screws.
The mounting bracket is also still on it.
