wont shift @ wot?

I took my car out yesterday and it shifted fine at part throttle but when I floored it it wouldnt shift? It was fine last time I drove it. Since the last time I drove it I put in new injecters and a chip to match. When I did the injectors I had to remove the cables and bracket. Is the tv cable out of adjustment now? How do I adjust? Thanks

Push the adjuster tab on the tv cable in... and slide the housing back toward the firewall. Now... release tab.... by hand rotate throttle over to WOT (car not running of course)... the tv cable will readjust itself. You should notice the TV cable snout click itself out a few clicks when you go WOT. This is the best I can describe. Does that help?

Could've tossed the gov. spring but I thought they didn't shift right @ PT then either. TV cable doesn't have anything to do with it, as it should be tight @ WOT any way.
