I need a bit of wiring help. I am in the process of installing a cruise control setup from a TR in the Toy. Since my car is a hybrid, I need some info on the brake switches. I’m pretty sure that there are two brake switches on the TR? I know one switch is for the dump valve and has three wires in the connector. Two pink with a black stripe paired together on one terminal and one purple wire on the other. Is this the switch that normally controls the wastegate solenoid, canister purge, and TCC? What does the other switch do besides make the brake lights go on and off?
Looking at the cruise control wiring diagram, (That Jim Testa posted on the big board) on the module I see terminal A is Grey, G is brown, and they go to brake switch.
There is also a Grey wire coming off the cruise control switch that goes to the brake switch as well. Which brake switch? My problem is that I cannot find any reference to a brake switch circuit diagram.
