Winter Rebuild Need Advice

Hey all this is going to be my winter project thread. Motor and Tranny are out of the car getting unbuttoned. I've got some money saved up and I'm looking to get into the mid 11's on my 87 GN. Not my DD. Just a solid street and occasional track car.

My current Mod List is as follows:

2.5" Exhaust. -Hooker Headers
Scanmaster 2.1
Boost gauge
motor mounted fuel pressure gauge
K&N air intake
TT Chip
32lb injectors
razors alky single nozzle kit
stock intercooler
2.5" downpipe
art carr 2004-r tranny (need to figure out the torque converter)
comp 212 cam w matching valve springs
stock heads
boost is set around 21lbs right now

What I want to do is:
340m fuel pump
hotwire kit
TA 49 or TE 44 Turbo (which would be more beneficial?)
42-60lb injectors
Stock location aftermarket intercooler.
3" downpipe.
Maf translator...

Ive searched and read tons of information and this seems to be the best combo to achieve my goals. Anyone with any insight and input? It'd be greatly appreciated

I need to purchase an entire gasket set for the car. any sites sell a complete set in one shot?
