will me car pass emissions in tx with dumps

i have an 86 ttype and it is dumped right before the rear wheel

What kind of mods and is this before or after the cat or no cat?

it has a cat. the only thing i am worried about is it being dumped before the rear wheels. i think i may fail the sight test.

Not being from TX, but understanding ASM testing, I might suspect that if the exhaust probe is too close to the dyno rollers, yes it may pose a problem. Safety issue for the technician and possibly dragging something into the dyno rollers. It will probably take a TX resident to better answer this question.

im pretty sure that your exhaust needs to be behind the door jamb area...thats the only thing i would be concerned about
