Wideband o2-What choices?

I am looking hard into using a wb o2 on my car. Just wanting to get some feeeback from anyone using one recently. What are the different choices one may have on purchasing a wb o2? Have done several searches and found some good reading but nothing within the last 2-3 months. Any input is appreciated.
