Who made this chip?

Does anyone know who manufactured this chip? It says "86-87 Dyno" on the bottom of it. I have a picture here:

Dyno ?

My brother in law bought a GN and that chip was in it. We also did not know who made it so i did the next best thing! I read it on my T-6. It is basically a stock chip for 28# injectors with a temperature program in it. He ran 12.20s with it in his car so it cann't be all that bad. Hope this helps!

Thank You! I remembered that it was reprogramed for the low temp fan turn on but that was it. This chip was also in my car when I bought it six years ago.
