where is my ecm?

i was looking for my ecm, and i cant find the frekkin thing. i feel stupid asking but where is it???

passenger side kick panel

sit in the passneger seat. down by your foot, there is an ugly square box sticking out from the right side of the car. the ecm is behind that.
