Keep an eye out in the parts for sale forum, and on ebay. You may find an IC with the dutt neck already on it. I found mine on ebaymotors.com.
It was pretty crusty but I sanded it all down and painted it, and bellmouthed both necks with a deburring knife. You dont even need a die grinder, really. You want it to flow even better, take a saw and cut the rolled lips off of your up-pipe.
