Yes they can narrow, T-Type wheels. I had two T-Type rims narrowed from 7-inch width to 5.5-inch width, this does not change backspacing only center of tire which will increase scrub radius. I can not remember the price, give them a call.
I also had a pair of GTA rims modified by Trudesign. They increased the width to 8.5-inches and changed the backspacing. They look great.
If they can not do the modifications, I do not know if anyone can do it.
